Please allow 3-5 Business days for shipping and handling. As soon as your package is ready to go, you will receive an email with tracking information.

GENERAL:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please enter your shipping address correctly to avoid delay in shipping. If there is a problem with your order, I will contact you.

INTERNATIONAL:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. Another email we be sent at the time your package is shipped. In many cases, international orders are tracked via USPS until the package arrives in your country. Past that point, there is no guarantee of specific tracking to your exact address. Please be aware international shipping can take up to a few weeks due to customs processing.

iheartautopsy is not responsible for additional tariff or imported goods fees some countries, specifically the UK, charge.

If a package is returned to iheartautopsy, you will be refunded for the items only, NOT shipping costs.

iheartautopsy is NOT responsible for missing packages, damaged packages or packages returned to sender. Once the package leaves our hands it is the responsibility of the USPS. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PRE-ORDER:

Some items ordered on iheartautopsy.com are a "PRE-ORDER". This means some or all parts of your order may not be in stock at the same time. If the item or items you ordered are in stock they will be shipped immediately. If they are not in stock, the item or items will not ship for 4-6 weeks after placing your order. All orders are kept together. I will hold all of your items until your order is complete and then ship it so you only receive one package.

MISSING PACKAGES:

iheartautopsy is NOT responsible for missing packages, damaged packages or packages returned to sender. Once the package leaves our hands it is the responsibility of the USPS. If packages are sent back to our office as "Return to Sender" you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
